Shelby is a Florida native, born and raised in sunny Tampa, FL. She is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. With over 10 years of experience in customer service, she brings a warm, caring, and supportive presence to her role, working closely with families to ensure they feel welcomed, heard, and supported every step of the way.

As our scheduler, Shelby is often the first friendly voice families hear. She works closely with parents and caregivers to coordinate evaluations and therapy appointments, ensuring each child’s schedule is organized, consistent, and set up for success. Her attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service help make the process smooth and stress-free. Shelby takes pride in being a reliable point of contact and loves being part of a team that makes a meaningful difference in children’s lives.

Outside of work, Shelby enjoys traveling and exploring new places, spending quality time with family and friends, going to concerts, and expressing her creativity as a florist. She loves staying busy, being creative, and finding joy in life’s little moments.
