Michelle brings a warm and approachable presence to her role as Business Office Manager. Originally from Shiloh, Ohio, she lived in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where she met her husband before transitioning to Florida six years ago.
With a background in customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional support, Michelle focuses on ensuring that scheduling and insurance processes are handled with professionalism and efficiency, creating seamless experiences for AKT families.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children, going to the beach, visiting Disney, watching basketball games, and staying active in her daughter’s Girl Scout troop.
